We used Portal Property Services to renovate our house and would definitely recommend them. They were easy to deal with, thorough in their work, and also got everything done within the deadline set. We had moved out to have the kitchen refitted and flooring redone, and had to be back at a specific time - the crew got everything done so we could move home on time. Communication with owner Safwan was good, and we were kept up to date with progress and any issues as well. Safwan was also good at coming up with clever ideas - this included moving the washing machine under the stairs with the dryer and boiler - something we didn't think could be done. Works carried out were a kitchen refit, new flooring throughout the downstairs, family bathroom refit, toilet added downstairs, plastering, painting and decorating, new lighting, foundations set for a garden studio, and outdoor tiling redone.

I had my loft conversion done by Portal Property Services. The team is led by Safwan, a really nice professional guy who does what he promises and when he promises. You can't say that of many builders. His team is punctual, arrives early, and cleans up after themselves. They take the stress out of the building job. They used the agreed-upon high-quality materials, and I did not need to supervise them to check. Their finishing was excellent, and Safwan is obsessive about the quality of his men's work. The money we agreed on is the money I paid, and there were no hidden costs. I would highly recommend Portal. I even called Safwan several months after the job was finished as the silicone had contracted in the bathroom, and he came and fixed it for no extra cost. These guys are honest, professional, and punctual, and the price agreed is the price you pay. What more can you ask for? Five stars, definitely worth it.

We had a seamless project with Portal Property Services, with Safwan and his team completing a utility room on time. There were significant additional works with resitting a boiler and plumbing, which were done to the highest standard. An electric car charger was also installed. Safwan’s team have a professional attitude and respected our privacy throughout the project. The additional advice on attic plumbing (old house) was extremely valuable as they have created more space. The ground floor restroom has been finished to a high standard and receives compliments from all guests. The team was willing to listen to our requests and feedback constructive advice. The team accommodated additional work with garden electrics and broadband whilst the main electrics were being addressed, and this has worked well for us. I would recommend Property Portal Property Services for any home project you would consider.
